Exciting Opportunity: Senior Functional Analyst - CRM Migration

Context
A prominent company is embarking on a project to transition away from SAP CRM, necessitating the migration of functionality to either Salesforce or SAP ISU, both already integrated into the systems. The project is currently in the Design & Build phase and aims for go-live in Q1 '25.

Your Challenges

Main Tasks:

• Expressing needs, collecting, and analyzing them end-to-end
• Documenting and describing business processes (mapping, flow, etc.)
• Translating business/functional requirements into iterative/end2end User Stories
• Collaborating with technical analysts/developers to define target solutions
• Exchanging, connecting, and collaborating with colleagues in other teams/tracks/squads to deliver outcomes
• Considering broader aspects beyond the primary platforms, including integration/interfaces to ensure an end2end working solution
• Preparing and executing test scenarios to confirm that the solution meets requirements

Additional Tasks:

• Ensuring change management
• Facilitating ceremonies, meetings, and workshops
• Training end-users and colleagues

Your Profile

• Preferably 5-7 years of working experience in the Utilities industry
• Preferably 5-7 years of working experience (or more) in functional analysis in CRM systems
• Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment where everybody's values and ideas are heard

Languages
Fluency in either French or Dutch, along with an excellent understanding of English.

Location
Brussels, Belgium. A minimum of two days per week in the office is mandatory, with remote work permitted for the remainder of the week.
